Things Change Alot

Well, today Dave is resting comfortably. They have decided to stop the radiation for now. He has only had two treatments of that. They are going to continue the Plasma Pherisis (Exchange) for the time being and the chemotherapy. He walked, with assistance, clear across the room and back today without being wobbly. Looking good!! He is on alot of medicine, and he has quite the 'look' on his face when he sees the nurse coming with the pills. But he is a good sport about it. I told him today that when the number of pills he has to take is bigger than the number of friends he has, THEN he'll be in trouble. I don't think that will ever happen. He chuckled, got them down, and then fell asleep.
His brother, Ray, has been staying with him through the night. His friend, Bobbie, has been with him during the day until his wife, Kathy and his mom come in. So there is someone with him all of the time. And he gets a ton of visitors.
Keep a happy thought,
Marilyn
